The turn around time for processing orders varies depending upon the volume of orders that are being processed and can increase during new product releases, immediately after collaboration launches (PPU/HHC), during brand launches or following vacation shut downs. During the COVID-19 outbreak, the turn around time is likely to vary a lot, but I will do my best to post the expected times below.
All postal delivery services are getting back to normal, but still fluctuate a lot. Please be aware that your package may take longer than you are used to, to be delivered. It's not uncommon for packages going to the US to take more than two weeks. All packages are shipped with tracking, so you will be able to check on the progress.

I have done my best to estimate the turn-around time based on the amount of orders I expect to receive, and the days that I will be in the shop. Regular orders (not pre-orders) placed on or before June 26 have been processed for shipping.
Orders placed June 27 - July 3 are estimated to be partially processed for shipping by July 25, and the remainder will be shipped when I return from vacation on Aug 12.
Orders placed July 4 - July 10 are estimated to be processed for shipping by Aug 16.
Orders placed July 11 - July 17 are expected to be processed for shipping by Aug 22.
Orders placed July 18 - July 24 are expected to be processed for shipping by Aug 26.
Orders placed July 25 - July 31 are expected to be processed for shipping by Aug 31. * Orders not shipped by Aug 31 will be shipped after the Labour Day holiday weekend.
Orders placed Aug 1 - Aug 7 are expected to be processed for shipping by Sep 6.
Orders placed Aug 8 - Aug 14 are expected to be processed for shipping by Sep 12.

The total time that it will take for your package to reach you is turn-around time plus shipping time.
We cannot guarantee a parcel will arrive on or before a specific date.
