Upon checkout you are required to agree to our Terms & Conditions. Please read them over carefully before placing an order.

Combined shipping available in most cases if requested

  • If you place multiple orders within 5 days of each other, and the status of your first order still says 'ORDER RECEIVED' you can request that I combine multiple orders.
  • Please leave a comment in your second order with the order number for your first order, and  request combined orders.
  • Combined multiple orders will receive a refund for any shipping overages paid when the package is processed for shipping.
  • If you plan on combining orders on a regular basis, please contact me to arrange a custom hold/combine order code {info@girlybitspolish.com}
  • If you have a special request or comment regarding your order, please leave a note in the order comments that is displayed on the check out page.



We are shipping from Canada via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that tracking is not automatically included on parcels shipping outside of Canada, but tracking is available for purchase at checkout.


Shipping times vary depending upon package destination, weight and the shipping option chosen upon checkout.

You will be given different shipping options to choose from in your shopping cart once you choose your country, province/state, postal/zip code and click on the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" button. Shipping rates are calculated are based on product weight and package destination.

If you continue shopping and add more items to your cart after you have already estimated your shipping charge, your previous estimate will be wiped out and you will be required to have it recalculated again.

*Please remember that shipping time are approximate. The total time you should expect to see your package is our turnaround time plus approximate shipping times. Our turn around time for processing orders varies depending upon the volume of orders that are being processed and can increase during new product releases, brand launches or following vacation shut downs. You can always find our current turnaround time on our home page. We cannot guarantee a parcel will arrive on or before a specific date.



If you are located within Windsor/Essex County and would like to pick your order up please follow the instructions below:

  1. Use coupon code LOCALPICKUP upon checkout to remove the shipping charge
  2. Add a note to your order that you would like to pick your order up and include what general days of the week and times that work best for you

When you order is ready, we will email you to arrange pickup of your order at our workshop.

NOTE: We do not have a retail space or 'regular' business hours.



Our turn around time for processing orders varies depending upon the volume of orders that are being processed and can increase during new product releases, brand launches or following vacation shut downs.

The turn-around time for orders begins the business day following the date the order was placed.

The total time that it will take for your package to reach you is turn-around time plus shipping time.

We cannot guarantee a parcel will arrive on or before a specific date.



Orders that total $80CAD* or more, being shipped within Canada or to the US may qualify for free shipping. Some restrictions apply.

Free Shipping applies to the most economical way to ship via Canada Post.


If your order qualifies for free shipping and you wish to use a courier service instead of Canada Post, please select from the available courier shipping options. You will be required to pay the upgraded courier fee upon checkout.

Once your order is processed and packed for shipping, we will issue a refund for the difference between the Canada Post rates and the courier rates you paid for.


The most economical way for free shipping is generally Canada Post standard air to USA (no tracking number). The weight of the parcel and destination determine the most economical way.

If you wish to upgrade your parcel to include tracking, please make a comment in the Order Comment section at checkout and we will send you a quote for the charge to upgrade.


FREE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN CANADA AND TO THE US: If your orders hits the $80CAD* free shipping threshold, Free Shipping may still show as an option, and may even be the only option displayed upon checkout, regardless of cart contents.

Please only choose Free Shipping if your order includes $80CAD* of additional, non-excluded products.

The following products are excluded from free shipping and shipping discounts:

  • Empty nail polish bottles
  • Gift Certificates (on their own, there is no shipping charge, however when added to the cart with other products, the Free Shipping Exclusion applies)

If your order does not meet the restrictions and free shipping is chosen you will be emailed to pay shipping before your order can be processed. (NOTE: If free shipping is the only option that appears and your order does not qualify for free shipping you can contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. If the order is placed without contacting us first, we will email you to pay shipping before your order can be processed.)

NOTE: A coupon code is not needed for free shipping within Canada and to the USA. There will automatically be a free shipping option at checkout.

* Order total is before applicable taxes and after any applicable discounts/coupon codes have been applied.

Shipping Discounts for Overseas Orders

If your order totals over $90CAD* you will receive a shipping discount equivalent to the shipping cost for the same size order shipped to the US. Some restrictions apply.

The following products are exempt from shipping discounts:

  • Empty bottles

Your order total must be $90CAD before adding the exempt items to your cart in order to qualify for the shipping discount.

Once your order is processed and packed for shipping, we will issue the shipping discount via PayPal.

NOTE: FREE shipping will sometimes appear as an option upon checkout. This is a glitch in our system. If the FREE shipping option appears please choose one of the other shipping options displayed. We will refund any applicable discounts once the order has shipped. If FREE shipping is the only option that appears you can either:
  • Contact us with your shipping address and cart contents for a shipping quote; or
  • Choose the FREE shipping option and then we will contact you with a shipping quote (you will then have the option to continue with the order or cancel it for a full refund.)

Any import fees or taxes incurred on your order when it enters your country will be your responsibility. Generally, your mail service provider will collect these fees before you receive your package. As all countries have different customs limits, if you are concerned that you will be charged customs or taxes we ask that you research your countries limits before placing an order. Your local border or customs services should be able to assist you.

The limitations of the importing of any or all goods on our website varies from country to country. Please ensure that you are aware of your countries limitations before placing an order, as Girly Bits Cosmetics cannot be held liable for any parcels that are confiscated entering your country.



It is Girly Bits Cosmetics policy that an order containing a pre-order item will be held for shipping until the release date of the pre-ordered item. If there are products it in the order that are not pre-order items they will be set aside and shipped at the same time as the pre-ordered item. We cannot split the order for shipping without charging separate shipping charges for each parcel that is mailed.


Damaged Goods or Order Problems

If your order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect we are happy to work with you to find a resolution.

Please contact us directly at info@girlybitspolish.com with the following information:

  • Where your item was purchased (Directly from us OR from an Authorized Distributor?)
  • When your item was purchased
  • Any pictures related to the issue.

Girly Bits Cosmetics respects your privacy. Your information is for our use ONLY and will NEVER be shared with any third parties.



Effective March 9, 2017: If you are from a region that experiences colder weather, please order Border Patrol (Latex Nail Art Barrier) at your own risk between the months of November 1st to April 30th. We have had reported issues of Border Patrol freezing in transit to colder climates that have long periods of deep freeze. The product inside will be solid or may appear to arrive 'dried up'. Border Patrol ordered between November to April, that arrives frozen will not qualify for a replacement, refund or store credit. Thank you for your understanding
