Launches, Pre-Orders & Restocks


When a new product launches, all available inventory will be listed on the store under the New! category.

Once existing inventory has been sold it will be left as such until our next restock.



It is Girly Bits Cosmetics policy that an order containing a pre-order item will be held for shipping until the release date of the pre-ordered item.

If there are products it in the order that are not pre-order items they will be set aside and shipped at the same time as the pre-ordered item.

We cannot split the order for shipping without charging separate shipping charges for each parcel that is mailed.



On the date and time of a restock all shades:

  • Will have all available inventory of pre-poured bottles listed for each shade under the Restock category
  • Once listed inventory has sold out it will be left as such until the next announced restock date and time for that shade
According to our Terms & Conditions, unfortunately, once orders have been placed we cannot make amendments to them. This leaves too much room for error. 
We are also unable combine orders* for shipping refunds during new product launches, restocks and pre-orders. With the larger volume of orders that come in at this time, this also leaves too much room for error. Please ensure that you have everything in your cart that you want before checking out.
Please be reminded that our turn around time for processing orders varies depending upon the volume of orders that are being processed and can increase during new product releases, brand launches or following vacation shut downs. You can always find our current turn-around time on our turn-around time page. Once your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation email from us.
